Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To rent and drive a vehicle with KRUIZLY, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold an original, valid Driving License
• Provide valid Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport)
• Have a valid payment method in your name
• International customers must possess an International Driving Permit (IDP) where applicable.

We reserve the right to reject any booking if verification criteria are not met.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is officially confirmed only upon:

• Successful identity and document verification clearance
• Receipt of advance / full payment
• Vehicle availability schedule confirmation

KRUIZLY reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen operational or maintenance constraints with a full refund.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected before vehicle handover to cover potential incidentals.

Refundable deposit balances are initiated within 24–48 banking hours following vehicle return inspection, subject to:

• Vehicle condition & return inspection clearance
• Zero outstanding traffic challans or municipal violations
• Fuel level & FASTag toll reconciliation
• Damage / incident assessment (if any)

The refunded amount is credited back directly to the customer's source account / UPI.

4. Rental Period

Rental duration begins at the scheduled pickup time and concludes upon successful vehicle check-in and handover.

Late returns may attract additional hourly charges as outlined below.

Failure to return the vehicle without prior approval may result in legal action and security forfeiture.

5. Vehicle Usage Rules

The renter agrees to drive responsibly, observe all traffic rules, and maintain vehicle care.

The vehicle must not be used for:

• Racing, drifting, or speed trials
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Commercial passenger or goods transport without authorization
• Carrying hazardous materials or contraband
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
• Extreme off-road terrain not meant for standard vehicular passage

Violation results in immediate contract termination, police notification, and forfeit of deposits.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are delivered with a documented fuel level and must be returned with an equivalent level. Any shortage will be calculated based on actual fuel rate plus refueling service fee.

7. Kilometer & Time Charges

Daily kilometer limits depend on the selected rental package.

8. Damage & Accident Policy

In case of an incident or breakdown, inform our 24/7 support line immediately and file a local police report (FIR) if required. Insurance claims will be processed strictly in accordance with the underwriter's terms.

9. Traffic Violations & Tolls

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic challans, overspeeding penalties, parking tickets, and unpaid tolls incurred throughout their reservation.

10. Vehicle Return Condition

The vehicle must be returned clean and in the condition delivered. Excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, or smoking odors will attract specialized interior detailing fees.

11. 24/7 Roadside Assistance

Standard mechanical faults are covered via roadside dispatch. User-caused incidents (lost keys, dry tanks, flat tyres due to curb impact) are billed at cost.

12. Personal Belongings

KRUIZLY is not liable for items left in vehicles. Please check all door pockets and boot compartments before departure.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation on KRUIZLY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms & Conditions.
